Refund & Returns
We want you to love our products as much as we do. So if you are not totally satisfied, please send us an email to ozkart.customer@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will be happy to assist you regarding the process of return .For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund on unused items. Please Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return a product, please send an email to ozkart.customer@gmail.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that your return is sent via a trackable courier service such as Australia Post, FedeX, DHL,UPS or purchase shipping insurance for your protection and to insure prompt delivery otherwise we will arrange a return label for you.You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Ozkart will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
